Today, intelligent driving ADAS has gradually entered everyone's life, and consumers evaluate their vehicle purchases based on the level of ADAS features equipped in the vehicle. Among these, the intelligent driving ADAS domain controller plays a key role by integrating originally discrete ECUs, concentrating more core functions, and allowing flexible configuration adjustments to meet customer requirements, facilitating platform-based and modular production.

We are committed to providing our customers with safe and reliable products and solutions. For the high current power supply requirements and stringent power-up sequencing demanded by high-performance SoCs in ADAS domain controllers, we can offer a complete power management chip solution to ensure system stability. Moreover, we have integrated ST's own MCUs in the DEMO and plan to add a series of ST proprietary product lines such as GNSS, IMU, IMG Sensor, etc., to comprehensively enhance the functionality of the domain controller.
This DEMO uses a single front-view intelligent camera and can be expanded to lightweight integrated driving and parking, intelligent cockpit DMS/OMS, and other application scenarios. This DEMO is based on ST's proprietary product lines, such as MCUs, SBCs, PMICs, and LDOs, and is developed in collaboration with Horizon and Lierda to create this ADAS domain control solution. Its main features are as follows:

The solution captures road condition information through the front camera, which is then transmitted to the SoC. The SoC performs perception fusion, and the fused information is sent to the MCU for path planning and vehicle control information transmission to the CAN network, enabling intelligent driving (system block diagram below).

The ST product applications in this DEMO are as follows:

Future Plans:
ST will continue to deepen its R&D in the field of intelligent driving, combining insights into market trends and technological directions to accelerate the technological iteration of various product lines. For the next generation of ADAS domain controllers, we will adopt the higher-performance Stellar series MCUs and integrate more proprietary products into the ADAS/AD system solutions, such as GNSS, IMU, Lidar GAN, RF Radar, IMG Sensor, and other ST proprietary product lines, to achieve high-precision positioning and more comprehensive intelligent driving functions, further realizing a safe and reliable one-stop intelligent driving system solution, better meeting customer and market demands, thus fully embracing the era of automotive domain control.
