Since the launch of the RV1106 in 2022, Rockchip adjusted the specifications of this model in the second half of 2024 and subsequently introduced the RV1106B series with varying memory capacities. This series includes up to five models, each with slight differences in specifications and varying applications in different product domains. CPU: The CPU is the same, both are single-core ARM Cortex-A7 with a maximum frequency of 1.2GHz.
MCU:
The co-processors are both 2 RISC-V MCUs.
ISP: Both are equipped with an 8M ISP, but due to differences in the built-in DDR specifications and sizes, there will be variations in performance.
The following is an example of the performance difference between the G1 with built-in 512Mb DDR2 and the G2 with built-in 1Gb DDR3L, both equipped with the same 8M ISP.

Encoder:

RTC:
Both RV1106 and RV1106B have a built-in RTC.
SDIO:

RV1106 supports SPI Nor/eMMC 4.51 4-bit data width.

Although the RV1106B and RV1103 have the same dimensions, they are not pin-to-pin compatible with the RV1103.
