注:从上表中,我们能简单看出STSPIN32F0/A/B 均采用STM32F031 MCU.主要区别集中在OpAmps 数量 & GPIOs 数量不同。STSPIN32G4 采用STM32G431 Cortex M4 核,主频高达170M,比前三款能做更多复杂的工作。若再外接一个Driver,可以做到双电机控制。

- 针对STSPIN32F0; STSPIN32F0A; STSPIN32F0B;STSPIN32G4, ST开发5款Demo,供客户测试评估。对应的Demo 分别为:STEVAL-SPIN3201 STEVAL-SPIN3202 STEVAL-SPIN3204;EVSPIN32G4/NH。其中EVSPIN32G4与EVSPIN32G4NH 在于MOSFETs 有无散热片。显而易见,带有散热片的,散热效果好,最大输出电流大。具体如下:

注:从上表中不难发现5款Demo硬件基础基本相同,均集成ST连接调试器(ST-LINK/V2)+主控Driver IC+6PCS LV MOSFET; STEVAL-SPIN3202 / EVSPIN32G4/NH 能同时实习FOC & 6-Step 算法。STPIN32G4主要用于花园工具,扫地机器人,无人机,机械手臂,航空模具等领域。

注:集成ST 连接调试器(ST-Link/V2) 便于评估板与电脑连接,读取/烧录数据;Mainly Controller部分, 主要是一款STPIN32+ 外围一些电阻电容之内。因STPIN32内部已经集成ST Cortex M0/G4 MCU 及相关的Driver Circuit, DC-DC, LDO, OP, Comparator,给使用者提供一个便捷/高性价比的设计方案。同时它支持给已经使用STM32F031 MCU软件直接移植。Power MOSFET,主要是6颗MOSFET,俩俩一组组成3个半桥直接连接至控制IC的DRIVER 输出端。
4. STEVAL-SPIN3202是一个三相无刷式电池直流电机驱动板评估板,硬件基于STSPIN32F0A和STD140N6F7,它提供了一个性价比高和容易实现低压电压的解决方案。
该评估板能实现矢量控制FOC算法和六步方波算法方便广大使用者测试和评估。
