TDK 推出兩款新型高性能超聲波 ToF 傳感器

• ICU-10201 和 ICU-20201 是高性能超聲波 ToF 傳感器，在微型 3.5 × 3.5 mm² 封裝中集成了 PMUT（Piezoelectric Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducer）和超低功耗 SoC（System on Chip）

TDK Corporation 推出 Chirp ICU-10201 和 ICU-20201，這兩款新型高性能、超低功耗集成超聲波飛行時間 (ToF) 傳感器用於短程和遠程檢測。 新的 MEMS 傳感器嵌入了更強大的片上處理器，具有更高的計算能力； 增強的處理能力允許廣泛的應用算法適合併在芯片上運行，完全減輕了系統 MCU 的負擔。

與上一代相比，ICU-10201 和 ICU-20201 嵌入了：

• DSP 速度提高 10 倍，帶有硬體乘法器，計算能力更高
• 3 倍大的代碼內存
• 2 倍大的數據存儲器
• 快速主機接口 (SPI)
• 支持廣泛的 IO 電源電壓

與紅外傳感器不同的是，TDK 的超聲波飛行時間傳感器測量可在任何光照條件下實現，包括全日光，並提供毫米級精度，不受目標顏色和光學透明度的影響。
