Mother Board Raptor lake VCC1P05_CPU應用UPI_uP1727PDDA Buck Converter於INTER Platform中相對穩定。
Test Conditions:Vin 5V、Vout 1.05V、Iout 2.4A
- Efficiency
Buck電路中電源的轉換會有個轉換比率,也就是效率,測試中是無法做到100%無損號的轉換,而效率的損耗來自兩個部分,Mosfet的切換(switch)損耗與傳導損耗,以及控制元件的內損,一般效率的規範依據各廠家與各Power 設計有所不同。但大多效率越高代表損耗越低,而損耗在Buck電路中以熱形式展現,過低的效率產生過高的溫度,易造成電子零元件的生命週期的縮短。
Test criteria: For other switching power module, the highest efficiency should be over 85%,Power efficiency>=80% when Iload from 10% to 100% of Imax
- Output regulation and Ripple
Ripple是在觀察靜態載時,輸出電壓的穩定度。
Test criteria:The peak to peak value of output ripple voltage should be less than 4%*Vout_typical when typical output voltage is lower than 3.3V
- Transient
以動態的負載為測試條件,確認輸出電壓的over shoot及under shoot是否過高或過低。
Test criteria: Vmin≧Voutx95%, Vmax≦Voutx105% for Transient .
Transient:Use electrical loading set Ilow=15%*Imax, Ihigh=85%Imax, Slew rate=1A/us , Ton=0.5ms, Toff=0.5ms.
- Phase Jitter
Phase的抖動程度反映著降壓控制器的靈敏度及穩定度。
Test criteria:
- The Jitter should be less than or equal to 10%*D*T
- The output voltage must have no oscillating phenomenon.
